Better Sleep + Extra Support for the Whole Family

Designed for babies 4 months to 3 years in a crib, this package helps your little one sleep through the night and nap well. I’ll create a personalized sleep plan and guide you every step of the way with daily support — so your family can finally get the rest you all need.
This 2 week program includes:
Comprehensive Sleep Intake & Review
You’ll start with an in-depth questionnaire so I can understand your child’s unique sleep habits, routines, and challenges—because no two little ones are the same.
